- Vertical market expertise selling into public safety agencies, municipalities, utility and transportation agencies, industrial enterprises, or service providers
- Highly competent pre-sales engineering, with expertise in RF planning, IP network design and integration, and mobile data applications
- Comprehensive post-sales professional services, including wireless network installation, deployment and post-sales support and maintenance, and at least one engineer on staff trained by Tropos
